Accessibility Policy

As the sole proprietor of Cantin Professional Services, I'm committed to providing services in an accessible manner that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities, and is consistent with the principles of accommodation and non-discrimination as described in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR), and the Ontario Human Rights Code ("the Code").

I'll do everything reasonable to ensure that people with disabilities have equal opportunity to access and benefit from my services, including:

  • Using clear and plan language in verbal and written communication.

  • Providing information in alternative formats when requested.

  • Ensuring that those who use assistive devices, or who are accompanied by service animals or support persons feel welcome to do so.

  • Providing timely notice of temporary disruptions to services for people with disabilities including the reason, anticipated duration, and available alternatives.

  • Considering accommodation on a case-by-case basis and consulting with those requesting accommodation to determine the most effective means of doing so.
