1 Introduction
I'm committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information of my clients, their employees, and other individuals I interact with. This Privacy Policy outlines my practices for collecting, using, disclosing, and protecting personal information in the course of providing Human Resources consulting services. As a Sole Proprietorship operating in Canada, I'm subject to the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) for my commercial activities.

Consent can be express, implied, or provided through an authorized third party. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.

I use appropriate physical, organizational, and technological safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, theft, disclosure, copying, or modification. These safeguards include:

7 Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

In the event of a security breach involving personal information that poses a "real risk of significant harm," I will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as soon as it is feasible.
